Terms of Service for KeystoneGate Sourcing

These terms cover use of the KeystoneGate Sourcing website and the procurement form. The site is an independent sourcing desk for business buyers who want factory quotations for modular and portable buildings. It is not a store, not a manufacturer’s portal, and not a place to order a named brand’s building.

What the desk does

You may send a requirement that describes use, dimensions, project location, code jurisdiction, design criteria, quantity, destination, timing, and the commercial scope. The desk may organize that text and ask suppliers to respond. A response is a supplier’s statement. It is not a promise by KeystoneGate Sourcing that the goods exist, that they fit your site, or that a price will be accepted.

Optional budget figures and a premium, mid-range, budget, or undecided supplier preference are buyer notes. They are merged into the requirement text when the form is submitted with JavaScript. They are not a verified rating and they are not an offer.

What you still decide

You choose whether a quotation is complete. Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey descriptions must be read before totals are compared. Code compliance, engineering stamps, permits, safety, and the purchase contract stay with you and the licensed professionals you appoint. Standards such as the IBC, ASCE 7, or a welding code are relevant only when a document for the quoted system and jurisdiction says so.

Acceptable use

Do not use the form to impersonate another company, to request personal data about a third party’s employees, or to submit unlawful content. Do not present this website as an official brand channel. The desk may decline a request that is not a business procurement brief.

Information and liability

Page text is general procurement guidance. It can be wrong for your parcel, your loads, or your authority having jurisdiction. There is no warranty that a supplier will answer, that a delivery date will be met, or that a module will satisfy a reviewer. To the extent the law allows, the desk is not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on a quotation it forwarded. Nothing here creates a joint venture, a dealership, or an agency to bind a factory.

Site changes

Pages, inquiry cards, and these terms may be updated. The form’s field names that the server already accepts stay the channel for a requirement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not send a brief. Questions about a submission can be sent again through the contact form, referring to the earlier project use and destination rather than to a ticket number this site does not issue.
