Privacy Policy for KeystoneGate Sourcing

This policy describes how KeystoneGate Sourcing handles information you submit on this website. The desk uses that information to read a modular or portable building requirement and, where appropriate, to ask factories for quotations. It is not used to build a public profile of you or of any brand’s employees.

What you may send

The form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone number, a company name, and a requirement. The requirement should contain the building specification, quantity, destination, and delivery timing. If scripts run, an optional product name, a budget amount, a currency, a per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference can be appended to that same requirement field at the moment of submission. The original words you typed are not rewritten in the box. A second form on the page keeps its own fields. On a return from browser cache, the previous product selection is cleared. Optional budget drafts may remain. Each submission rebuilds the extra notes from that form without accumulating summaries or rewriting the original requirement.

Why it is read

The desk needs the text to understand the use, the dimensions, the jurisdiction, and the scope split. Email is the route for a follow-up question. Phone is optional. The desk does not ask you to upload drawings through this form, and it does not add new server field names for budget or preference.

Sharing

Relevant parts of a brief may be shared with suppliers who are asked to quote, and with service providers who host the form or deliver email. They receive the content needed for that step, not a license to publish your project. The desk does not sell the form contents as a marketing list. A supplier who receives a brief is an independent party with its own duties.

Retention and choices

Messages are kept long enough to run the inquiry, to answer a follow-up, and to meet ordinary record needs. You may ask, by using the same form, that a particular brief be corrected if a dimension or destination was wrong. Some records may remain where a quotation process has already started. Do not put sensitive personal information in the building description.

This website

The sourcing note in the header uses local storage for the first time it was shown and session storage if you hide the bar or dismiss the popup. That storage is about the note’s display window. It is not a profile of your project. The inquiry dialog is separate. If you do not want scripts to append budget lines, write those lines yourself in the requirement box.
