KeystoneGate Sourcing modular and portable building options
These cards are formats a buyer can name in a request. KeystoneGate Sourcing does not stock them, does not certify that they interchange with a named brand, and does not treat an empty image as a missing shipment. Search or filter, then open a card to drop the name into the dialog.
Inquiry options
Modular & Portable Buildings options need one written specification. Select a form, then add dimensions, quantity, destination and supply scope. A card does not reserve a unit.
No inquiry option matches that search. Clear the filter or type the building name inside the brief.
Dimensions that keep two cards comparable
A volumetric modular building is usually judged by module dimensions, the number of modules that mate, the corridor width after the mate line, and the transport envelope that must clear the route to the pad. If the supplier quotes only the box and you still need skirting, ramps, and a foundation interface, write those as buyer scope so the unit price is not mistaken for a set building.
A portable project office adds a different list: headcount, private offices versus an open room, data closets, and whether the unit is picked up at the end of the job. Eave height matters less than interior clear height and the accessible route from grade to the door. Ask who provides the stair, the ramp slope, and the tie-down or pier layout.
A relocatable classroom module needs the program capacity you intend, the exit arrangement, and the thermal and acoustic targets the authority having jurisdiction has already named. Do not borrow a residential energy number or a HUD Code label unless the supplier’s submittal says that path applies to this unit and this site. Fire-resistance rating, if required at a property line, is a project condition, not a badge on a homepage.
What the card does not decide
Opening a card does not reserve a production slot and does not mean a factory has accepted the wind speed, ground snow load, or seismic design category. Those criteria belong in the requirement text beside quantity, destination ZIP or site, and the requested delivery window. Mark the quotation as shell, delivered, installed, or turnkey before anyone ranks the numbers.
When the format is still open, read the quote process or send the unfinished list through the contact form. The desk will treat unnamed lines as open, not as included.
